We bring on board many years of expertise in areas of investment banking, corporate banking, finance, equity research and operational expertise in various industries.

Executive Chairman - Mr Vincent Lau, Certified Public Accountant, graduated with a Honours Degree in Accounting in 1993. He started his career at Citibank as a Management Associate and moved rapidly up the ranks of Citibank Private Bank where he assumed the title of Team Head and SVP of Singapore Market in 2000. He also discovered his forte of building up strong relationships with listed entrepreneurs. In 1999, he was named as Citibank's top Asian Banker, with revenues in excess of US$6M and AUM in excess of US$600M. In 2001, he led his strong team of bankers to head up Credit Suisse Singapore as Market Head and Director. In 3 years, he built up Credit Suisse's business in Singapore from an insignificant presence to be the fastest-growing Private Bank in Singapore with team revenues quadrupling. In 2004, he set up Legacy Capital Group of companies to focus on providing more value-added, customized and independent advisory services to ultra high net worth entrepreneurs and listed institutions. In 2007, he completed a Private Equity and Venture Capital Program at Harvard Business School.

Managing Director - Mr Kevin Teo, CPA, graduated with a Honours Degree in Accounting in 1993. He had a long and illustrious banking career with senior and regional appointments at DBS Bank, Rabobank and Credit Agricole where he headed up Southeast Asia in various investment and banking departments. Mr Teo specialises in the investment analysis and the structuring of complex investment banking transactions. In 2004, he left the banking industry to set up Legacy Capital Group of companies with Vincent Lau.

All of our Directors also invests in transactions originated by our Private Equity Division and/or has personal funds managed by our Asset Management division.
